**The Role**
Support clients to be Better for life, at home by providing services like:
- Personal care
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Shopping
- Meal Preparation
- Transport and at-home exercise support
- Work positively and collaboratively with other staff and qualified practitioners to provide person centred service.
**About You**
- Have a genuine passion to help people within the community to be as independent as possible
- Experience providing community-based care to older people
- Certificate III in aged care, home and community care, or individual support
- Driver's licence and your own registered and insured car
- Current National Police Certificate for the purpose of Aged Care (or willing to obtain one)
- Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination certificate
