Job Title: Christian Educator for English and Humanities
About the Role:
* Teach English and Humanities across Years 7-12, with a focus on creating engaging learning opportunities for students.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality, Christian education that motivates and inspires young people.
* Provide pastoral care for students, leading morning devotions in a Home Group as directed by the Principal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning abilities.
* Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student achievement.
* Collaborate with staff to align practice with the College Vision, Mission, and Values.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A commitment to Christian education and a passion for teaching English and Humanities subjects.
* An appropriate qualification in Teacher Education, ideally with a major in English or Humanities.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire students, catering for a range of learning abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with staff, parents, and students.
