We are looking for a Service Technician who will lend their mechanical/technical expertise to our commercial, retail, institutional and industrial customers. This position represents a great opportunity to combine your customer service and technical skills.

We're seeking a mechanically minded, safety-aware technician (automatic door experience a bonus, not essential). You'll work independently on preventative maintenance, repairs, fault diagnosis, and major works for automatic, swing, and revolving doors, plus support installations for new and existing clients. No two days are the same
Key Responsibilities
* Service, repair, and maintain automatic, sliding, swing, and revolving doors.
* Diagnose faults and carry out breakdown repairs quickly and safely.
* Install and commission new door systems to manufacturer standards.
* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to maximise equipment uptime.
* Manage and restock your service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
* Work independently across your allocated service area, including after-hours callouts when required.
* Provide clear, professional communication to customers and identify upgrade or service opportunities.
* Follow all safety procedures, use PPE correctly, and maintain compliance on customer sites.
A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
