We are seeking a compassionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at our organization, you will play a vital role in enhancing clients' independence and quality of life through tailored therapy programs.
You will work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, delivering evidence-based therapy services, managing a varied caseload, collaborating with clients and professionals, preparing progress reports, and supporting clients in achieving their goals.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Has experience or a keen interest in working within the allied health sector.
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Can work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Is committed to professional growth and continuous learning.
* Has knowledge of relevant funding programs such as NDIS, DVA, HCP, and WorkCover (preferred but not essential).
* Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Is adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
