Minimum Requirements Hold, or be eligible to apply for, registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia Psychiatry Fellowship (FRANZCP) or equivalent, with a subspecialty in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Remuneration and Benefits Total remuneration (including allowances): $450k - $550k AUD Generous leave entitlements, including 17.5% loading on annual leave Additional Professional Development leave Relocation and accommodation incentives Key Responsibilities Provide expert leadership and accountability for the clinical activity of the child and youth mental health team. Collaborate with the Team Leader on service improvements, evaluation, and innovative treatments. Contribute to teaching medical students, registrars, and junior doctors within the Community Mental Health Service. Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to clinical documentation standards and procedural guidelines.
