I'm looking for an experienced
CRO Contractor / Freelancer
to own and run conversion optimisation across websites, mobile experiences and campaign landing pages.
You'll work closely with Technology and Performance Marketing teams to improve conversion rates, lead generation and overall digital performance for a range of clients.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership from research and testing through to insights and optimisation.
What you'll be doing
* Owning and running end-to-end CRO programs
* Building testing roadmaps based on data, user insights and business goals
* Conducting research (funnel analysis, session recordings, user behaviour, surveys, etc.)
* Designing and running A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Optimizely or VWO
* Working with designers, developers and marketers to deliver experiments
* Analysing results and clearly reporting outcomes and next steps
* Continuously improving conversion performance across the funnel
Experience
* Proven experience delivering CRO programs (agency or in-house)
* Strong understanding of UX, experimentation and behavioural insights
* Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar/Clarity, Optimizely, VWO or similar
* Confidence working with data and turning insights into actions
* Experience working alongside paid media or performance marketing teams
* Basic technical understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus

This is a
contract
role
paying a day rate of anywhere from
$500 up to $750 (inc super) per day.
Sydney based - Hybrid arrangements
This is a per project based role with the potential to become more consistent work down the line.
