Overview
Solutions & Implementations Specialist – Domain at CoStar Group (through Domain). This role focuses on supporting the Domain Agent Solutions product suite, helping sales teams articulate value, and delivering product demos and training for Real Estate Agency clients in the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Agency Sales Teams to create and deliver sales pitches that articulate value to customers, and support with technical expertise throughout the sales journey.
- Provide product demos and training webinars to explain benefits and ensure solutions are well-integrated into clients’ businesses.
- Support client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Assist with contract renewals to retain valuable clients and ensure they derive maximum value from the solutions.
- Attend sales meetings and corporate roadshows; share insights on market conditions, competitor activity, barriers and opportunities.
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert within Real Estate tech solutions.
Essentials
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
- Strong account management experience.
- Sales background working in (or with) the Real Estate industry.
- Experience with new business development.
- Comfortable being client-facing and presenting in sales meetings.
- Familiarity with CRM system functions.
- Valid Australian driver's license and own reliable vehicle (car allowance provided).
Nice to Haves
- Tech / SaaS industry experience.
- Technical and/or training experience with SaaS platforms.
