TP Human Capital is partnering with a government client in Townsville (on-site role) to find an exceptional Change Manager for their exciting Information Management Project.
This is a contractual role through to 30 June 2026, offering an attractive hourly rate of up to $75 per hour .
In this role, you will
* Develop and implement change management strategies for the successful adoption of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Lead and collaborate with project teams, business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
* Prepare, support, and equip employees to embrace and utilise the implemented changes.
* Drive faster adoption, higher system utilisation, and proficiency amongst employees.
To be successful, you will have:
* A bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (a master's degree in Change Management is a bonus).
* Around 5 + years of experience as a Change Manager or a similar role in a complex organization.
* Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and drive change initiatives.
* A proven track record of solving complex problems and developing effective solutions.
* Experience in managing diverse stakeholders and navigating challenging situations.
* A strong commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and achieving results.
* A dedication to safety and a commitment to upholding all safety regulations.
* The ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
* Foundational Information Management knowledge is highly desirable.
