Join a Global Leader in Funds Management
The Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Analyst to support investment, sales, and client-related activities within the Australian Go-to-Market team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across retail and institutional channels, working directly with platforms, key clients, and external research partners.
This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact — from managing Fund data and compliance reporting, through to supporting business development initiatives and coordinating key projects. The successful candidate will also provide valuable support across the team, with opportunities to take ownership of deliverables that directly influence client outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing
* Preparing, collating, and maintaining Fund data for platforms, clients, and external researchers.
* Coordinating due diligence, attestation reporting, and compliance documentation (including RG 97 requirements).
* Assisting with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders across both retail and institutional teams.
* Supporting internal and external projects, including planning, reporting, and contract/financial reviews.
* Developing high-quality briefing materials and presentations for client and stakeholder meetings.
* Ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards, including undertaking all required training.

What You Will Bring
* Experience within funds management, with an understanding of Fund data, portfolio management, and performance reporting.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines across different stakeholders.
* A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a drive to deliver results.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
* RG 146 certification (highly regarded).
* Strong academic foundation in financial or economic studies an advantage.
