As a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will collaborate closely with maintenance supervisors to optimize the performance and availability of mobile and fixed plant assets.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
1. Providing technical support to maintenance supervisors in optimizing equipment performance.
2. Developing and implementing effective mechanical maintenance strategies to minimize production disruptions.
3. Coordinating with planning and scheduling teams to allocate resources efficiently.
4. Maintaining accurate records of downtime and safety incidents in the process plant reporting system.
About You
We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional with a minimum of three years' post-trade experience, preferably within the mining industry. Strong knowledge of asset management practices and preventative maintenance schedules is essential. Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems like Pronto is required. Experience in salt processing is highly desirable.
