Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent)
* Lead or support the implementation of WHS, environmental and quality management systems
* Provide technical advice to site and project leadership teams
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards and project requirements
* Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
* Support incident investigations and corrective action processes
* Promote a proactive safety and environmental culture on site
* Prepare reports, documentation and compliance records
* Engage with internal stakeholders, subcontractors and external regulators
Requirements
Bring a practical, solutions‑focused approach and experience working in construction or infrastructure environments.
* Proven experience in HSEQ roles on major civil, infrastructure or renewable projects
* Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and management systems
* Environmental or quality system experience relevant to construction projects
* The ability to influence, engage and communicate effectively with site teams
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications
