Position Overview
As the Director of Service, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and delivering a high-quality early education experience. You will lead the overall management and operation of the centre, ensuring it aligns with the highest standards of early childhood education and care.

Key Responsibilities
You will lead and inspire your team to create a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, curriculum planning, and budget management, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulations and licensing requirements. You’ll maintain strong relationships with parents and the local community, while supporting staff with ongoing professional development to uphold high-quality teaching practices.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 1 year experience as an Early Childhood Director, or multiple years experience as a 2IC wanting to step up
* Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
* Proven leadership experience in a childcare setting
* Strong understanding of child development and early education principles
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for staff and children
* Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
