The Role
Product is at the heart of everything we do. Our team brings together commercial strategy, engineering, design, and regulatory expertise to deliver powerful financial products globally. As a Staff Product Manager of our Bill Pay and Procurement products, you'll shape the future of our Spend offering; design strategy, define solutions, and drive delivery from concept to launch.
Requirements
* 6+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in fintech or spend management products.
* Bachelor's degree or higher, with strong academic performance; technical or engineering coursework a plus.
* Technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently in architectural discussions around high‐scale, mission‐critical systems.
* Sharp product and design thinking, with experience building delightful customer‐facing experiences with a strong eye for detail.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy across technical and non-technical teams.
* Analytical rigor: a sharp eye for detail, structured problem‐solving skills, and a data‐driven mindset.
* Bias for action: grit, persistence, and ownership to turn complex ideas into real‐world products quickly.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in cross‐functional, cross‐cultural teams.
Preferred
* Domain knowledge of the Accounts Payable process, including Procure to Pay and Intake to Procure workflows.
* Experience using modern AI tools in the product development process and customer‐facing solutions.
* Finance or Accounting background or experience.
