* Support the development of a Share Point-based formal document management system covering the Commission's functions.
* Convert technical, process driven, and supporting documents into webpages and other interactive digital content.

Key Responsibilities:
">
1. Maintain and develop content in Share Point that supports Commission staff to effectively interact with business units.
2. Assist in content publication including creating, editing, reviewing, and archiving digital content, ensuring consistency in presentation and branding.
3. Curate Commission documentation and the team's digital asset library.
4. Develop site maps and templates.
5. Contribute to documenting the team's processes.
6. Respond to Service Desk requests and incidents.
7. Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure high quality outcomes.
8. Demonstrate attention to detail and finalisation of allocated tasks in a timely fashion.
9. Work independently within an environment of change and ambiguity, and with minimal instruction or guidance.
10. Work in and with geographically dispersed teams.
11. Resolve conflicts between competing work goals, priorities, and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
* Ability to read, understand and interpret technical information to produce engaging digital content in the form of web pages on Share Point sites.
* Effective communication skills including building productive working relationships and presenting complex technical functions.
* Strong technical skills in Share Point, Visio, and Dev Ops, and/or demonstrated aptitude in learning new technologies.
* Ability to analyse digital content for quality and accuracy.
* Strong self-management skills including the ability to organise work activities and complete tasks within agreed timeframes.
