Job Description
We are seeking an experienced individual to fill a key leadership position within our venue's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with managing rosters, labor scheduling, on-shift operations, ordering, recruitment and reporting of a 400+pax venue.
* Lead and supervise a team of over 40 front-of-house staff.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality beverages.
* Collaborate with events & marketing teams to bring successful in-venue events to life.
* Train and upskill staff, including security guards.
