About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Line Chef to join our culinary team. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that meets our exacting standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Maintain impeccable cleanliness and safety in all kitchen areas at all times
* Deliver exceptional meals for Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner sessions
* Work collaboratively in a diverse team of Chefs and Kitchenhands
* Ensure safe practices for yourself, colleagues, property, and equipment are always adhered to
Your Requirements
* A recognised Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate is required
* Ideal 3+ years post-trade or commercial cooking experience is preferred
* Expertise in high-volume bulk and batch cookery is essential
* Working knowledge of Food Safety Standards and HACCP principles is necessary
* Understanding of workplace safety and compliance standards is vital
