Are you an Employment Lawyer or Workplace Investigator? Join our client's dynamic team advising employers across diverse industries.
What you'll do
* Advise on employment and industrial relations matters
* Draft and review employment contracts, policies and workplace procedures
* Lead workplace investigations and support litigation in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court and other tribunals
* Provide practical workplace and performance advice, including payroll and compliance issues
* Mentor junior staff and manage client relationships on senior matters (for more senior hires)
What we're looking for
* 2–8+ years PAE (applications also welcome from Special Counsel level lawyers)
* Current practicing certificate
* Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills
* Excellent client service, professionalism and ability to manage competing deadlines
* Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive matters
* Tech‐comfortable and able to learn case and practice management systems
