About Automation and Robotics Sales Role
Omrnon is seeking a proactive and customer-focused sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will combine engineering expertise with a strong commercial mindset to promote automation and robotics solutions.
You will identify customer needs, develop new business designs and present tailored solutions, drive business growth by achieving sales and profit targets while building long-term client partnerships.
This role involves building, maintaining and growing relationships with customers including end users, consultants, system integrators and OEMs.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotations and solution recommendations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
* At least 3 years experience in sales or engineering within the automation or industrial solutions sector.
* Strong commercial drive, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A collaborative team player who thrives on building long-term customer relationships.
