3XN is looking for a talented, experienced design architect to join our full‐time team in our Sydney Studio. Starting date as soon as possible. You will be working with local and internationally based teams on various Australasian projects within an innovative, design‐oriented, fast‐paced environment.

Requirements
* Eligible to work in Australia
* Bachelor or master's degree in architecture
* 5-10 years of experience in a creative, design‐focused architecture studio(s)
* Passion for design
* Strong abilities with Rhino, Revit, and a Grasshopper and Dynamo skill set as well
* Experience in leading projects at different phases
* Solid technical knowledge and detail ability
* Excellent coordination and communication skills
* Strong conceptual design skills
* Strong documenting skills
* Experience with drawing sets
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Team player, self‐directed, and highly motivated
* Comfortable being agile in tasks in a creative and dynamic environment
* Strong work ethic, but a "team first" mentality
