Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with experience in managing construction projects from planning and design to final delivery and handover. This includes controlling budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting, as well as leading on-site activities and subcontractor coordination to ensure safety and compliance.
A successful Project Manager will drive delivery excellence through strong stakeholder engagement and proactive risk management. They will monitor key milestones, manage scope changes, and report progress to executive stakeholders. The ability to negotiate contracts with vendors, consultants, and trades is also essential.
Qualifications for this role include a Diploma or degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. A Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent experience) is also required. Additionally, a current White Card is necessary.
