* Certificate III or IV in Disability/Aged Care is required for this role.
* A valid NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children Check are necessary.
* A West Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle are also needed.
* First Aid and CPR qualifications are a must.

About the Position
This role involves working across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, with a mix of short and longer shifts depending on participant requirements.
Responsibilities and Expectations
* Deliver high-quality support services to participants.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, and carers.
* Contribute to a safe and supportive team environment.
Requirements
* Hold a Certificate III or IV in Disability/Aged Care.
* Be cleared through NDIS Worker Screening.
* Have a current Working With Children Check (W.A.).
* Provide proof of working rights.
* Hold a valid West Australian driver's license.
* Have access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
* Hold First Aid and CPR qualifications.
* Have a National Police Clearance.
* Hold a Manual Handling Certificate.
* Be medication competency certified.
