Branch Manager - Scaffolding - Newcastle
Role & Responsibilities
* Accountability for the Operational, Commercial, Business Development and Financial delivery of the branch in line with the UK Business Plan.
* Deliver Revenue and Profit in line with the Branch Budget.
* Full P&L accountability.
* Ensure the Branch operates in compliance with relevant regulations, legislations, and company processes, policies and best practices.
* Develop hire and sales customers and margins in line with the budget and business plan.
* Monitor labour allocation.
* Effectively lead and manage all staff.
Essentials
* Previous experience in Branch Management within the scaffolding/construction industry.
* In‑depth knowledge of the scaffolding business and able to demonstrate previous hands‑on experience.
* Experience in managing a large, complex, labour‑intensive, customer‑facing operation.
* Experience of successfully running a large profit and loss trading statement.
