Clayton Church Homes is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join our friendly team in our Woodside residential aged care home. About the role
You will provide high‑quality physical, emotional, and person‑centred care to residents, following individual care plans and working closely with RNs, ENs, and the wider care team.
Shifts vary across:
* Mornings
* Afternoons
* Nights
* Weekdays & weekends
Flexibility across these is essential.
To be successful, you MUST have:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
* A current National Police Check (Aged Care compliant)
* A valid driver's licence and your own car
* Ability to reliably work at our Woodside site (this role is only for Woodside)
* Sufficient aged care experience and knowledge to perform the duties safely and independently
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting residents with daily living activities
* Delivering care aligned with resident care plans
* Noticing and promptly reporting changes in resident wellbeing
* Maintaining documentation to a high standard
* Using equipment safely and following infection control and WHS procedures
* Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life for every resident

Clearances & Requirements
* Satisfactory National Police Check (Aged Care)
* Ongoing compliance with Clayton Church Homes' policies, Code of Conduct, and WHS standards
* Participation in mandatory training and performance development
