Our client is looking for a Data Architect to join their newly established Data & AI division. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of data architecture in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and capableData Architect to join a newly formed team and play a foundational role in designing and implementing enterprise data architecture. This permanent position offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership and drive strategic data initiatives using modern cloud technologies, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Whether you're a Junior Data Architect or a Senior Data Engineer ready to step into a strategic role, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement scalable, secure, and modern data architecture aligned with business and transformation goals.
* Design data models, integration patterns, and governance frameworks to support analytics, AI/ML, and data products.
* Establish best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption using Azure services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data delivery and quality.
* Provide architectural guidance and mentorship across data platforms and projects.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level data solutions.
* Microsoft Azure certification (preferred: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Data Scientist).
* Strong knowledge of Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL).
* Expertise in modern data architecture principles including data lakes, data mesh, and cloud-native solutions.
* Hands-on experience with data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and real-time data streaming.
