Your Responsibilities
* Providing high‐level security and outstanding customer service in a retail setting.
* Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and managing site access and control systems.
* Responding professionally to emergencies, alarms, and calls for assistance.
* Assessing and mitigating security risks.
* Completing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate data logs.
Pay Rates & Availability
* Guaranteed contract as a Security Officer with the option for additional overtime, when available.
* Award rates (Security Services Industry Award Level 2–5) plus loadings, penalties, and superannuation.

What You'll Need
* Current NSW Security Licence (with Crowd Controller component).
* Current First Aid & CPR certification.
* Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
