These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum **Overview** To provide technical expertise at implant/follow up and troubleshooting, and support to clinicians and Territory Managers. **Responsibilities*** ### Liaise with Education to ensure personal levels of technical competence are at the highest Neuromodulation standard.* ### Initiate a method of ongoing communication to all Territory Managers and other employees ensuring your expertise and theirs is shared by all.* ### Shared account management and ownership, in consultation with the Territory Manager* ### Liaising with Territory Management re Neuromodulation promotion, product, therapies, service and support.* ### Feedback re competition activity, and customer comments/feedback.* ### Provide procedure support through patient education, post-operative patient support and ongoing programming* ### Maintain technical competency through training and education including knowledge of therapies and procedures.* ### Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs.* ### Complete monthly reports as required* ### Documentation of all implant/programming attendance* ### Assist with product marketing and launches.* ### Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.* ### Attend to/comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe.* ### Ensure maintenance of company property/assets.* ### Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the industry (MTAA), Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements* ### Handle and document customer complaints according to Field Event Reporting Standard Operating Procedure.* ### Knowledge of and commitment to the requirements of the Quality Management System.* ### Knowledge of and commitment to Work, Health & Safety responsibilities.* ### Action any other customer complaints with relevant the Division.* ### Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager### ### **Minimum Education*** ### Tertiary qualifications in a related field is desirable but not essential.### ### **Minimum Experience/Training Required*** ### Experience in the clinical support of medical devices is highly regarded but not essential* ### An ability to demonstrate a high degree of technical capability**The base pay for this position is**N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.Família de CargoSupport ServicesDivisãoNM NeuromodulationLocalidadeAustralia > East Brisbane : 12 Mowbray TerraceLocalidades AdicionaisTurno de TrabalhoStandardViagemYes, 20 % of the TimeVigilância médicaNot ApplicableAtividades de trabalho significativasContinuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)#J-18808-Ljbffr
