Assistant Store Manager – Brisbane
As Assistant Store Manager at our Brisbane store, you will support the Store Manager by leading, driving and inspiring your team to achieve overall success.

Responsibilities
* Lead by example to assist in setting management expectations across your Team
* Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
* Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
* Assist with roster management and payroll approval
* Manage the team (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
* Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
* Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
Qualifications
* Experienced and well‐rounded retailer management experience
* Leadership, motivator, and aspirational attributes
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations
* Adaptable and supportive approach
* A love for the Glue brand and culture
* Affiliation with Accent Group Core values and "Make It Happen" attitude
