About this Role
EDMI is seeking a part time (20 hours per week) admin superstar to support our ANZ People & Culture team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys variety in their work, and wants to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Provide high-quality HR administration support by maintaining employee records, preparing employment documents, and assisting with onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
* Support core People & Culture processes such as performance and remuneration reviews, engagement surveys, learning and development activities, and compliance reporting.
* Coordinate recruitment logistics, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and drafting employment contracts and variation letters.
* Manage the P&C inbox and HRIS systems, ensuring accurate data entry, ticket resolution, and supporting system implementation and maintenance.
* Assist with internal programs and events, such as staff recognition, training sessions, wellbeing initiatives, and local committee coordination (e.g., WHS, DE&I).
* Champion safety, quality, and sustainability, actively participating in risk identification, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives in line with company policies.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration (or working towards).
* Two years’ experience in HR, recruitment or office administration.
* Proficiency with MS Office and an HRIS (Employment Hero, HiBob or similar).
* Basic understanding of Australian employment legislation and Awards.
* Strong organisation and attention to detail.
* Confidentiality and professional discretion.
* Clear, friendly communication (written & verbal).
* Customer focus and can‑do attitude.
* Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
