About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent technical support services to customers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
* Develop individual skills and knowledge to better serve customers.
* Demonstrate highly accomplished interpersonal skills with a friendly customer service acumen.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A strong background in IT support, preferably with experience in Windows Server and network administration.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
* Certifications in CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA are highly desirable.
