Job Description
The role of this position involves overseeing end-to-end eCommerce and web design/development projects, retainer and tasks. You will manage a portfolio of exciting eComm brands, providing exceptional client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality eCommerce websites and strategic digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts and be the primary point of contact for your clients, providing regular communication of project progress.
* Organize, schedule and manage the flow of project and retainer work using our project management system.
* Project manage Shopify eCommerce website development projects.
* Manage client budgets and ensure all work is delivered on-time.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a digital agency environment.
* Experience in account/project management, development, digital marketing, eCommerce or a related field.
* Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding time management abilities.
* Proven track record of managing accounts and building relationships.
