The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem-solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You'll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high-standard products for our new and regular guests.

* Kitchen experience is great but not essential
