RARE BAR & GRILL, a distinguished high-end steakhouse, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, delivering outstanding service, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
Mentor a diverse team of waitstaff, bartenders, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high levels of service and promptly and courteously attending to customer needs.
Manage inventory and address issues that arise during service.
Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen staff to guarantee consistent food preparation and presentation.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer loyalty, and meet financial targets.
Uphold and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and protocols.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a FOH employee.
Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with grace and tact.
Understanding of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
