Leadership Opportunity in Aged Care and Community Services
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of services across our residential aged care, home care, and community programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and person-centered delivery of these services.
* Lead and support a diverse team of professionals including nurses, carers, allied health, and hospitality staff.
* Ensure compliance with aged care regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
* Oversee operational budgets and resource allocation.
* Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and systems.
* Coordinate funding tool documentation and reporting.
* Identify and manage risks across all service areas.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
* Drive a culture of coaching, development, and high performance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Strong knowledge of aged care standards, regulations, and accreditation.
* Experience managing teams in aged care, health, or community services.
* Financial and budgeting capability.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Compassion, resilience, and a commitment to person-centered care.
