As the Change & Training Manager within a government department, you will spearhead the seamless integration and optimal utilization of a new web-based interface. Your core responsibilities include orchestrating a team of Change Analyst/Trainers and implementing a robust change management framework rooted in industry-standard methodologies. Your mandate involves crafting and executing training programs, meticulously assessing the ramifications of system alterations, and ensuring coherent dissemination of information among stakeholders. By prioritizing the development of sophisticated training materials and aligning efforts with project objectives, you will be instrumental in driving system-wide transformation within the organization.
**Duties**
- Establish & manage a team of Change Analyst/Trainers
- Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the project
- Design, Develop and Implement Change
- Support Communication requirements
- Assess change impacts and develop & implement plans
- Develop the training plan and support training efforts during deployments
- Design, develop training material
- Identify stakeholder training requirements, conduct, evaluate and continually review training
**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated 5+ years' experience in change management roles, including creation and implementation of structured change
- A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process;
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to comfortably engage with end users, project team
- Demonstrated experience in developing digital training material during continual software development life cycles
- Communication strategies and plans contributing to the successful delivery of complex ICT projects
- Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects involving significant business change
- Demonstrated experience participating in project delivery teams comprising a mix of employees, contractors and implementation partners
