Job Description

The Relationship Advisor plays a key role in advocating Beyond Bank's core values and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned to our Customer Ownership Strategy while achieving individual performance targets that contribute towards overall branch performance.

* Provide a local customer-owned banking experience to new and existing customers
* Proactively connect customer needs to Beyond Bank's offerings through excellent listening skills
* Complete Beyond Bank's Lending Accreditation program to assist members with personal and home lending needs
* Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to customers
* Contribute to a high-achieving team environment with commitment to success and strong work ethic
* Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions
* Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer


Requirements

You're a caring and customer-focused person excited to learn and grow, valuing integrity when handling customer information.

* Resilient, driven, and passionate about building lasting customer relationships and serving the local community
* Able to work in a dynamic customer service environment
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Banking or financial services experience desirable but not essential
