About the Role
As Area Manager – WA, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a group of Centre Managers across your region (South). You'll drive operational excellence, mentor your leaders, and help create engaging, inclusive, and fun environments for children across our services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor, support and lead Centre Managers to deliver exceptional OSHC programs.
* Empower your managers to have creative freedom within their services.
* Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and child engagement across all centres.
* Manage termly budgets effectively and assist in resource planning.
* Foster positive and professional relationships with school communities, families, and staff.
* Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support team development.
* Handle conflict and operational challenges with confidence and care.
About You
We're looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic, child‐focused environment.
You'll Need:
* 2+ years' experience in OSHC or Early Childhood as a Coordinator or Area Manager.
* A Diploma or above in Children's Services or equivalent (ACECQA approved).
* Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
* First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012).
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* Valid Working With Children Check (WA).
* Department of Education Criminal Clearance Certificate (within 6 months or willingness to obtain).
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle.
* Full working rights in Australia.
