Holmesglen Private Hospital is a 147-bed acute private hospital offering specialised services including emergency, coronary care, cardiothoracic, orthopaedic, and general surgery, supported by intensive and coronary care units and operating theatres.
Role Responsibilities
* Procure goods, services, and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement in compliance with policies.
* Manage supplier relationships and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
* Develop sourcing strategies based on procurement needs.
* Prepare requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
* Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, maintain vendor database, and monitor performance.
* Coordinate delivery, track inventory, and ensure proper documentation for compliance and audits.
* Monitor budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
