Required Skills and Qualifications
* AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse: This is essential to ensure that you have the necessary qualifications and experience to practice as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
* At least 6 months of aged care facility experience in Australia: We require candidates who have prior experience working in an aged care setting, preferably in a nursing role.
* COVID-19 vaccination and current flu vaccination: We take the health and wellbeing of our staff and residents very seriously, so it is essential that you are up-to-date with all required vaccinations.
* Police Check (within 12 months) or willingness to obtain: We need to ensure that all our staff members have undergone a police check within the past 12 months or are willing to do so.
* NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain: As we work with individuals with disabilities, it is crucial that our staff members have undergone an NDIS worker screening check or are willing to do so.
* First Aid & CPR or BLS certificate: Our staff must be trained in first aid and CPR or BLS to respond effectively in emergency situations.
* Reliable transport: Living in close proximity to our facility is not essential but having reliable transportation is vital for this role.
