We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transport functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics activities.
* Manage data entry, documentation, and compliance monitoring to support logistics operations.
* Assist internal teams with freight bookings and facilitate the creation of export shipment paperwork.
* Support the Supply Chain and Warehouse teams in inventory and stock control administration.
* Contribute to process improvements and assist in reporting tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Formal tertiary qualifications in supply chain, logistics or business administration.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience partnering with 3PL providers, freight providers and vendors.
* An agile and proactive thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges in supply chain.
* Familiarity with financial systems and the ability to process, resolve invoice disputes and ensure correct charges are levied against contracted vendor agreements.
* A high level of attention to detail, effective prioritisation, and strong multi-tasking abilities.
* The ability to maintain data accuracy for KPI reporting.
* Strong geography skills and a solid understanding of international freight transport networks.
