Job Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with sales teams to gather customer requirements and develop tailored system designs and proposals.
2. Provide expert consultation to customers, partners, and internal teams on solution design.
3. Create comprehensive technical proposals, system designs, and drawings.
4. Manage technical responses for RFP/RFI tenders.
5. Oversee configuration, testing, and validation of Riedel and third-party products at customer sites, tradeshows, and events.
6. Support the professional services team and customers throughout implementation, capturing key insights.
7. Diagnose faults and recommend solutions for technical support cases.
8. Distribute training for internal teams, customers, and partners.
9. Organize product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and solution presentations.
10. Educate clients and business partners to enhance their technical and sales knowledge.
11. Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements.
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer Australia with a proven track record in technical sales. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
