Technical Solutions Expert
We are looking for a skilled technical solutions expert to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical engineering support for BMS Global Products channel partners and our ABCS channel. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as your ability to communicate effectively with clients, will be essential in delivering excellent customer service.

* Main Responsibilities
* Investigate technical issues and provide solutions.
* Collaborate with the R&D team to resolve complex technical issues.
* Attend customer sites to assist channel partners in identifying product-related issues.
* Contribute to our knowledge base with helpful articles.
* Built strong relationships with customers and channel partners through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3-5 years of experience in BMS.
* High-level knowledge of Metasys/Facility Explorer/EasyIO desirable.
* Previous experience in a technical support role.
* Skills in IT networks and server environments.
* Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Visio.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
