Your new role
As a Data Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping data requirements, supporting multiple concurrent projects and working closely with both business and technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for capturing, analysing and documenting business needs across data streams, ensuring clarity, alignment and seamless integration across systems.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading data‑focused business analysis activities across large transformation initiatives
Gathering and documenting detailed requirements with clarity and precision
Working closely with business users to understand and define data needs
Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
Supporting 2–3 concurrent projects in a complex data environment
Contributing to the consolidation of data sources and retirement of legacy systems
What you'll need to succeed
Core BA Capability
Strong background in Data Business Analysis
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Technical & Domain Knowledge
Solid understanding of data domains and data management concepts
Experience with data warehouse concepts and workflows
Proficiency in AITL / ETL processes
Understanding of system interactions, integrations and data exchange
Exposure to AWS environments
Project Experience
Proven experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
