About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Family Services Practitioner to join our team in Sale. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with families facing difficulties, providing them with the necessary support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with families creatively to understand their needs and concerns.
* Consult with Child Protection services to ensure the well-being of children and families.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective intervention plans that address the unique needs of each family.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of relevant legislation and experience in risk assessments. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
