Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team. This role is entry-level, and we'd love to provide training and mentorship alongside our experienced colleagues.


Key Responsibilities

* Incoming Enquiries: Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online, managing service tickets through internal systems and collaborating across departments to resolve customer needs.
* Customer Care: Deliver exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable service, ensuring customers feel valued and confident in our business.
* Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including record maintenance, system updates, and welcoming visitors to our workplace as required.
