Delivers projects valued between $30M and $200M, mainly in residential with occasional commercial work, and has a secured project pipeline through to 2027, offering long-term stability. The Position As the General Foreman, you’ll support the Site Manager on a $30M high end development on the lower north Shore valued at $30M. You will help coordinate the site program, manage trades, and oversee plant and equipment. Working closely with the Site Manager, you’ll ensure that all project milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest safety and quality standards. Some Saturdays will be required however roasted The position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $190K to $200K super, based on experience.
