Overview
Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West division is seeking Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Workforce Management Team based in our Perth Head Office. Reporting to the Workforce Team Lead, you will utilise your strong communication skills by liaising with various sites to ensure we meet operational requirements, with a focus on mobilisation and crew retention. This is a Permanent Opportunity, on a Monday to Friday roster.
This opportunity allows you to gain experience over a range of client requirements and systems, making it perfect for someone wanting to broaden their knowledge.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with sites to meet operational mobilisation requirements and crew retention targets, supporting the Workforce Management Team.
* Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
* Monitor compliance for mobilisation activities, including booking medicals, trainings, PPE, site inductions and entry requirements.
* Collaborate with site representatives and management to provide timely and accurate mobilisation information.
* Support day-to-day administration and coordination tasks to assist project delivery.
What you'll bring
* 2-5 years' experience in a mobilisation, site or project administration role within the resources sector. Rio Tinto client experience is highly desirable
* Proof of right to work in Australia
* Experience in monitoring mobilisation compliance and requirements e.g. booking medicals, trainings, PPE, site inductions and entry etc.
* Ability to work closely with site representatives and management team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees
* Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
* Strong problem-solving ability and a team focused mentality
* Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
