Company
Your new company is family owned and operated commercial linen service, with the business growing and demand for their services increasing they are looking to add an experienced fitter to their maintenance team.
Role
In your new role you as the maintenance fitter will be responsible for assisting with site maintenance requirements both preventative and scheduled repairs and upgrades as well as attending to machinery breakdowns across conveyor systems, pumps, steamers, boilers, industrial dryers and washing machines. You will also be responsible for regular machinery inspections and cleaning as well as working on steam, air and water lines in order to help production maximise machine uptime.
Requirements
* Trade qualifications as a fitter
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment
* Experience with gearboxes, conveyor lines and pumps
* Ability to work every 3rd Saturday (6 hr shift with Monday RDO)
* REL will be highly desirable
