A Global Top 10 Mid-Tier Accounting & Advisory Firm is seeking an experienced Restructuring & Recovery Director to join their highly regarded team in Canberra, ACT.

The Role As Director, you will take ownership of complex engagements while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency matters
* Advising clients on restructuring strategies and turnaround solutions
* Leading liquidations, receiverships, voluntary administrations, and bankruptcy engagements
* Preparing and reviewing major reports, stakeholder communications, and regulatory documentation
* Conducting independent business reviews and cash flow forecasting
* Managing asset realisations and sales processes
* Liaising with creditors, legal advisors, financiers, and key stakeholders
* Mentoring and developing junior staff within the team
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
