About The Role
As the Program Administration Coordinator, you will support the Program Manager and broader F‐35 TSS team by coordinating workflow, managing meetings, supporting travel and diary management, and maintaining program documentation. This role is perfect for candidates who are highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a structured environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Act as a central point of contact for the F‐35 TSS program
* Provide advanced diary and calendar management
* Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including Concur expense reconciliation
* Lead meeting management – agendas, papers, minutes, action tracking
* Track and follow up actions across multiple stakeholders
* Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and manage visitor access requests
* Maintain organisation charts, SharePoint, Confluence and JIRA administration
* Assist with workflow coordination and reporting (CDRLs)
* Support team events and uniform stock management
About You
* Has substantial experience as a Program Administrator, Project Administrator, Program Coordinator, or EA/PA
* Is confident with MS Office and online collaboration platforms
* Can manage competing priorities and take proactive ownership of tasks
* Has strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
* Thrives in structured environments and enjoys process‐driven work
Highly Desirable
* Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, Visio
* Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Aviation, or secure government environments
Special Requirements
