Laguna Noosa Holidays are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic guest service agent who is ready to embrace an exciting, challenging, rewarding, and fulfilling career in the tourism and real estate industries.
You will be provided with extensive support to succeed in the role and will have the opportunity to show your talents and grow your success quickly while contributing to the development of the Laguna Noosa Holidays brand, ensuring both new and existing clients have the best experience possible while offering a personalised and professional service to all our clients.
**Responsibilities**
Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:
Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships
Booking and following up guest reservations
Booking and following up maintenance requests
Carrying out regular property inspections
Directing Sales and Rental enquiries
Review and maintain stock levels of office supplies
Prepare keys for guests, trade services and property managers.
Participate in all training and development opportunities
Data entry
General office Administration
**Requirements**:
A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence
Knowledge of Home Hero & RMS (preferred but not essential)
Previous holiday letting or property management experience preferable but not essential
Attention to detail & enthusiasm in maintaining professional relationships
Ensure privacy and confidentiality of clients, landlords and all commercial/business matters.
Positive, personable, and respectful customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure - no day is the same
Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills
End of Month processes and reporting
Problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
